You raised the money.
I build the machine that runs it.
Fractional business operations for newly funded founders. I turn the post-raise scramble into an operating system you can run and measure.

About
I build the systems that let founders run their company with confidence. Most recently I was founding VP of Business Operations and Revenue Operations at a venture-backed AI startup, where I stood up the operating model, the cash forecast, and the revenue engine from scratch. At Dandy, a high-growth dental-tech startup, I managed customer and business operations: I raised NPS from 19 to 50, cut cost per unit by nearly 40%, and opened a 125-person office 25% under budget and two weeks ahead of schedule. Across all of it, from a Navy command to BCG to building ops inside startups, the job has been the same: take something complex and turn it into a system a team can actually run.
Oak Leaf Advisory is named for where I started. I left the Navy as a Lieutenant Commander, whose rank insignia is a gold oak leaf, and the firm carries that forward: steady, disciplined operating help for founders who need it.
Based in Philadelphia. Working with founders remotely and in Philly, NYC, and DC.
If you just raised and you're running the company from your head, let's talk.
